Rhonda Frank

Rhonda was raised in Oregon, where she worked in the family business from a young age and learned the value of hard work and financial stewardship.  She joined Equilus with a background in nursing.  As a nurse, she pursued the opportunity to work as an administrator where she could have an impact on the quality of patient care, pairing her nursing skills and compassion for the elderly with her astute business sense. 

Rhonda worked several years at an administrative level of an Assisted Living facility that specialized in Memory Care. In addition to coordinating and providing patient care and family support, she managed the care giving staff where she was highly thought of and respected.

When the time was right, Rhonda transitioned out of the medical field and into her current role with Equilus.  Her years of experience in business administration, event planning and a strong work ethic have proven her to be a valuable asset to the team.
